Recommend to use the middle mesh DTF powder
All the special dtf filmare ink-saving. It is recommended to use less than 60% white dtf ink. If the ink flows, you can use 30% to 40% white dtf ink. The thickness of the ink is also related. Thicker ink can use higher white ink, and thinner ink can use lower white ink.
Please note for special dtf film:
Powder shaking machine: front plate temperature: 33-55°C, after shaking the powder, the heating temperature is adjusted: 120-130°C, depending on the heating length and the melting point of the powder
Temperature: 165-170°C Ironing time: 8-12 seconds after hot pressing, after cooling, the peeling
pressure is recommended: 4pa
Storage temperature: 8-25°C Relative humidity:20-60%
12 months from the date of production. To avoid the effects of improper storage, it is recommended to use within 6 months. Use high-elastic hot melt powder and white ink for heat transfer film on fabric. If you need to use it on leather, you only need to replace the hot melt powder. All the special dtf film do not need to replace the dtf hot melt powder anddtf ink. If you want a better effect, you need to re-press it once.
If pressed on thicker fabric, secondary pressing is required.
The special dtf film cannot be printed with small characters, but must be printed with larger patterns, otherwise there will be a risk of not being able to peel off.
The release of the special dtf film is definitely tighter than that of ordinary dtf film. In such a situation, you can tear it with moderate force after cooling, but pay attention to the corners. Verytack dtf heat transfer film can be washed and stretched normally, but it cannot be scratched, stretched, or steel wool. At the same time, it is normal forverytack dtf heat transfer film to lose powder before transfer, but it will not lose powder or particles after transfer.

Suitable for printing various patterns, the brighter the color, the more significant the dazzling light-changing effect.
The recommended amount of white ink is 50-60%.

The baking temperature of the flour shaker is 120 degrees Celsius – 130 degrees Celsius
Press at 165 degrees for 15 seconds with a pressure of 5 kg. Do not press again after release. .
- Rainbow refletive dtf film
It is suitable for printing colorful patterns. When it is not reflective, it can show the color of the pattern itself. After reflection, it has a colored reflective effect on the original color.
It is recommended to use more than 70% white ink.
The printer table is heated to 48 degrees.

Press at 165 degrees for 35 seconds with a pressure of 5 kg. After release and film removal, press again for 35 seconds.
